Project Overview
This website provides professional forward-looking data on the commercial vehicle market in China, enabling users to input key parameters such as vehicle type, confidence interval, and regional segmentation to obtain market penetration rate forecasts for five types of powertrain technologies (diesel, natural gas, battery electric, plug-in hybrid, and fuel cell). The market outlook extends as far as 2050 and is divided into five representative regions, including the China, North China, East China, South China, and Northwest China, providing a range of market fluctuations under different confidence intervals. This tool aims to provide a scientific basis for the clean transition of commercial vehicles, helping users make more rational, data-driven decisions.
The Sustainable Outlook for Commercial Vehicles (SOC) model was developed under the guidance of Professor Shiqi(Shawn) Ou from the Transportation Research & AI-driven New-Energy Sustainability Laboratory (TRANS Lab) at the School of Future Technology, South China University of Technology, with contributions from Luyang Han, Luo Chen, Yi Zhou, and others.
